He delivers traditional Shotokan as an education deeply rooted in karate way of life, where the Dojo-Kun are taken seriously and followed at all times, ensuring all our students understand and incorporate it:  *Seek perfection of character, *Be faithful (protect the way of truth), *Respect others (and the rules of etiquette), *Endeavour (fostering the spirit of effort) and *Refrain from violent behaviour.

Sensei Orang, through his teachings, produced many tough level headed martial artists as well as some World and European Champions.

Sensei Orang joined her karate group as an instructor and it soon became apparent that Sensei Becca’s passion was Kumite and from being a 9th Kyu right up to present day as a 3rd Dan. She has competed in many prestigious events over the years representing both her previous club and Tokon Taiki as well as United Karate England at National Squad level.

Sensei Becca has won countless number of trophies and medals including a European bronze medal in kumite. Sensei Becca’s favourite International tournament is the Malta International Open where she represented her club back in 2005, in which she won gold and also more recently in 2019 representing the UKE National Squad achieving silver and bronze in kumite.

Oliver is a friendly, fun, welcoming karateka, and an inspirational character for our younger students to look up to. He believes courage, hard work, and dedication with focused and respectful attitude toward all that you do will define your character. He is currently developing his teaching abilities by assisting other instructors as and when it is required of him.

Before long she was grading and competing at tournaments! Now she is a black belt and instructor of our Tiger Cubs class. She is also in training to be an Association Judge and Referee.
