Fighting Fit Classes

Fighting fit classes are delivered in blocks of 10 sessions with prior bookings only. They can be arranged for corporate group bookings of minimum 6 individuals as well as one to one sessions.

Be warned - these sessions are FUN yet crammed with scientifically barbarian fitness exercises;

  • Sweat filled Fat Burning
  • Low & High Impact Cardio
  • Explosive Techniques

Following an initial goal setting and fitness assessment session, a further 9 x 1 hour sessions will be designed and conducted to suit the level and requirements of the participants.
