Our beginners' classes are Traditional Shotokan Karate for students of ages 5 years and above and levels up to and including 4^th Kyu (Purple & White) grades. In traditional Shotokan karate emphasis are on Respect, Dojo Kun, and the three Ks, Kihon (basics), Kata (form) and Kumite (free style fighting). The students of these groups will also be trained and prepared to participate in National and International karate championships.
